Thank you for shopping at Kool Pet Essentials! We're committed to getting your pet supplies to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at claudeljp1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
